Abstract:
A high-entropy alloy reinforced aluminium-based gradient material wheel hub and a manufacturing method therefor, the wheel hub (100) comprising a 6061 aluminium alloy wheel hub (100), the wheel hub (100) being provided with an AlNiFeCrCoTi high-entropy alloy powder particle (110) strengthening phase, and the addition amount of the strengthening phase gradually being reduced from a bolt hole (11) of the wheel hub (100) and a connection (21) of a wheel rim (20) and a wheel spoke (10) along the radial direction toward each other, and gradually being reduced outward in the radial direction from the connection (21) of the wheel rim (20) and the wheel spoke (10). The strengthening phase of each part of the wheel hub (100) is respectively distributed according to a preset gradient, so that the performance of each part of the wheel hub (100) also presents a gradient change, enhancing the actual comprehensive mechanical performance of the wheel hub (100).
