Abstract:
A high filling thermoplastic resin composite material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of a thermoplastic resin; 40-540 parts of a reinforcing fiber and a filler; and a multi-functional polymer containing two or more active groups of ether group, diimide group, ester group, amino group, and siloxy group and having an amount of 0.002-0.012 times that of the reinforcing fiber and the filler. The high filling thermoplastic resin composite material has advantages of excellent hydrolysis resistance performance and freezing resistance performance. A preparation method for the high filling thermoplastic resin composite material, capable of improving the production qualification ratio of the high filling thermoplastic resin composite material.
