Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a high-flatness thermoplastic polyurethane foam product and a preparation method and a use therefor. The product is melted together by means of foaming aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer beads having a melting range of 20-50°C and a melting point of 90-160°C by means of a physical gas to prepare foamed aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer beads, and then heating the foamed aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer beads by means of a heat source. The density of the high-flatness thermoplastic polyurethane foam product is 0.08-0.8 g/cm3, and the flatness thereof as measured by fixed-length ruler measurement is less than 2 mm. The thermoplastic polyurethane foam product is provided with a relatively high flatness, and the surface of the product is further caused to have a more diverse design, and to have a high resilience.
