Abstract:
The invention relates to a parcel sorting installation (1) comprising a loop sorting conveyor (3) and sorting outlets (4) distributed along the sorting conveyor, said sorting conveyor comprising parallel rails (9) and parcel receptacles connected together to form a train (5) of receptacles designed to circulate on the rails in a defined conveying direction (D1), each receptacle being designed to sort the parcels in the sorting outlets according to a predetermined sorting plan.
