Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a plurality of low-output transistors (101), which have an input terminal, an output terminal, and a ground terminal, and which amplify a high-frequency signal; harmonic processing circuits (103) which are placed at each of the low-output transistors (101), are connected to the output terminals of the low-output transistors (101), and which process secondary harmonics included in the amplified high-frequency signals; and resistors (102) which are connected to the output terminals of the low-output transistors (101). The input terminal of each of the plurality of low-output transistors (101) is connected via an inductor (104A) to the input terminal of the high-frequency amplifier circuit, and the output terminals of each of the plurality of low-output transistors (101) are connected to one another via the resistors (102) and, in addition, are connected via inductors (105A) to the output terminal of the high-frequency amplifier circuit.
