Abstract:
A high-frequency amplifying device according to the present invention is provided with a switching amplifier (1) which amplifies an input pulse modulation signal, an oscillator (4) which oscillates at a difference frequency between a main signal component passing through a bandpass filter (2) and an out-of-band component reflected from the bandpass filter (2) and extracted at a circulator (3), a mixer (5) which performs frequency conversion by multiplying the out-of-band component and the output from the oscillator (4) and a synthesizer (7) which synthesizes the main signal component of the output from the mixer (5) passing through a bandpass filter (6) and the output from the bandpass filter (2).
