Abstract:
The present utility model provides a high-frequency broadband balun matching transformer, comprising a first-level balun, a phase compensation capacitor, and a second-level balun which are connected in sequence. The first-stage balun is used for receiving an unbalanced signal of a single terminal and converting the unbalanced signal into two paths of balanced differential signals and then outputting the two paths of balanced differential signals. The phase compensation capacitor is used for performing phase compensation on the two paths of balanced differential signals and then outputting the two paths of balanced differential signals. The second-stage balun is used for receiving the two paths of balanced differential signals subjected to phase compensation and improving the insertion loss, the amplitude consistency and the degree of balance of differential signals and outputting the signals. Compared with the prior art, the present utility model can improve the phase balance and amplitude balance of the differential signals such that the phase difference of the final output differential signal is closer to 180 degrees, and the amplitude tends to be equal. Meanwhile, the output loss is reduced.
