Abstract:
A high frequency circuit formed on a multilayer dielectric substrate (1) having at least two or more conductor wiring layers, comprising a first spiral conductor wiring (4) having at least one turn formed on a first conductor wiring layer, and a second spiral conductor wiring (5) having at least one turn formed on a second conductor wiring layer different from the first conductor wiring layer without conducting with the first spiral conductor wiring, characterized in that the first spiral conductor wiring and the second spiral conductor wiring are superposed at different heights and the winding direction of the first spiral conductor wiring is opposite to the winding direction of the second spiral conductor wiring.
