Abstract:
A high-frequency circuit (1) comprises: a first circuit including a high-frequency input terminal (11), a high-frequency output terminal (12), and a control terminal (14); a power detector (30) connected to the high-frequency output terminal (12); a correction circuit (80) including a clock terminal (81), an enable terminal (82), an input terminal (83), and an output terminal (84); a first comparator (40) connected between the output of the power detector (30) and the clock terminal (81); and a second comparator (50) connected between the output of the power detector (30) and the enable terminal (82). The output terminal (84) is connected to the control terminal (14). The reference voltage of the second comparator (50) is higher than the reference voltage of the first comparator (40).
