Abstract:
A high-frequency continuous electromagnetic forming device for plate forming, comprising a charger, a control terminal, a continuous charging and discharging device, a forming coil, and a sheet matal interface terminal; the charger charges the continuous charging and discharging device, the continuous charging and discharging device is disposed with a capacitor bank (6) therein, each capacitor within the capacitor bank (6) is successively discharged by means of a discharging coil (14) to generate a pulse electromagnetic force to the workpiece and complete one forming process; the discharged capacitors enter a charging process for preparation for the next discharging to achieve a continuous forming process; the control terminal is connected to the continuous charging and discharging device and the sheet matal interface terminal, and the forming coil is connected to the continuous charging and discharging device by means of a wire. The high-frequency continuous electromagnetic forming device for plate forming solves the problem that a large-sized plate is hard to be completed by electromagnetic forming at one time, can improve production efficiency by about two times; meanwhile, the device is easy to be regulated and cost-effective, and is a high-frequency continuous electromagnetic forming device suitable for plate forming.
