Abstract:
The high-frequency current compensator according to the present invention is provided with an electric power converter having at least one pair of arms each equipped with a switching element, and drives the switching elements so as to supply a compensation current to a load current flowing between a system power source and a high-frequency-generating load, wherein the switching elements each have a unipolar device using a wide bandgap semiconductor.
