Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION, DIELECTRIC RESONATOR, DIELECTRIC FILTER, DIELECTRIC DUPLEXER, AND COMMUNICATION INSTRUMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/098093
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention provides a high-frequency dielectric porcelain composition that has such excellent dielectric properties that, even when it is used in a high-frequency region such as microwaves and milliwaves, &epsiv r and Q values are high and the absolute value of &tgr f is small. The composition is further advantageous in that firing at 1400°C or below, i.e., a temperature satisfactorily below the temperature required of the prior art, is possible. The composition is represented by compositional formula (1-y)xCaTiaOl+2a-(1-y)(1-x)Ca(M1z/3M22/3)bOl+2b-yLnAlcO(3+3C)/2 wherein x and y represent molar ratio. Compound B as an auxiliary component is contained in an amount of 0.005 to 0.300 parts by weight in terms of B2O3 based on 100 parts by weight of a main component in which, when &agr = (1-y)x, x, y, z, a, b, c and &agr in the compositional formula are 0.56 ≤ x ≤ 0.8, 0.08 ≤ y ≤ 0.18, 0.980 ≤ z < 1.000, &agr ≤ 0.65, 0.985 ≤ a ≤ 1.05, 0.9 ≤ b ≤ 1.02, and 0.9 ≤ c ≤ 1.05, respectively.
