Abstract:

The present invention is provided with a coaxial line (30) that has: a first columnar conductive body (31) that is provided inside of a multilayer substrate (1) such that one end of the first columnar conductive body is connected to a first strip line (21a), and the other end thereof is connected to a second strip line (21b); and one or more second columnar conductive bodies (41) that penetrate the multilayer substrate (1) such that one end of each of the second columnar conductive bodies is connected to a ground surface (12), and the other end of each of the second columnar conductive bodies is connected to a ground surface (16). The first columnar conductive body (31) operates as an inner conductive body, and the second columnar conductive bodies (41) operate as outer conductive bodies. Open stubs (51a, 51b) that operate as resonators (72a, 72b) are connected to the first strip line (21a) and the second strip line (21b), respectively, and conductive bodies (52a, 52b) for matching, said conductive bodies operating as capacitive matching elements (73a, 73b), are also connected to the first strip line and the second strip line, respectively.
