Abstract:
A high frequency front end circuit (10) comprises a duplexer (20) and a phase adjustment circuit (30). A balanced line is provided between an Rx filter (22) of the duplexer (20) and a low noise amplifier (LNA). The phase adjustment circuit (30) is connected between the Rx filter (22) and the low noise amplifier (LNA). The phase adjustment circuit performs a phase adjustment such that the phase difference between first and second balanced signals outputted from the Rx filter (22) is within a range of about minus 90 degrees to about plus 90 degrees for a particular frequency different from the fundamental frequency band of a received signal. At this moment, the phase adjustment circuit (30) has been phase-adjusted such that the phase difference between a first balanced signal outputted from a first balanced terminal of the Rx filter (22) and a second balanced signal outputted from a second balanced terminal of the Rx filter (22) for the fundamental frequency band of the received signal is about 180 degrees.
