Abstract:
This high-frequency generation device is provided with: an activation switch; a rectification unit; a transformer; a resistor; and an output terminal. The activation switch is turned on by an activation signal, and inputs an AC voltage. The rectification unit is connected to the activation switch, and rectifies the inputted AC voltage. The transformer is connected to the rectification unit, and transforms a DC voltage outputted from the rectification unit. The resistor is connected in series between the rectification unit and the transformer. The output terminal is connected to the transformer, and outputs a high-frequency high voltage. The resistor is either a variable resistor or a switch resistor. The resistance value of the resistor is capable of being changed to a first resistance value, and a second resistance value lower than the first resistance value.
