Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high frequency induction heating system. A high frequency induction heating system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first high frequency induction heating device comprising a first high frequency induction heating coil and a first pad disposed under the first high frequency induction heating coil; and a second high frequency induction heating device comprising a second high frequency induction heating coil and a second pad disposed over the second high frequency induction heating coil. Accordingly, the system can shorten the time for fusion between a metal and a film, and reduce bubble generation.
