Abstract:
The present invention improves isolation between a first path and a second path. A high frequency module (1) can operate in a first mode in which simultaneous transmission, simultaneous reception, or simultaneous transmission/reception using both a first filter (21) and a second filter (22) is possible, and a second mode in which transmission or reception using only the first filter (21) is possible. A first switching element (Q1) is provided in a first path (r11) available between an antenna terminal (80) and the first filter (21) in the first mode, and a second switching element (Q2) is provided between the first path (r11) and ground. A third switching element (Q3) is provided in a second path (r12) available between the antenna terminal (80) and the first filter (21) in the second mode, and a fourth switching element (Q4) is provided between the second path (r12) and ground. A high frequency module (1) further includes a phase circuit (7).
