Abstract:
Provided is a high-frequency module equipped with a balance-type branching filter having a pair of balance signal terminals in which a differential isolation or a differential attenuation amount is great. The distance between an antenna terminal (54) and a second balance signal terminal (57) formed on a mounting surface (11a) of a wiring substrate (10) is greater than the distance between the antenna terminal (54) and a first balance signal terminal (56). The distance between a first rear surface electrode pad (2) connected to the antenna terminal (54) and a fourth rear surface electrode pad (6) connected to the second balance signal terminal (57) on the rear surface (13b) of the wiring substrate (10) is smaller than the distance between the first rear surface electrode pad (2) connected to the antenna terminal (54) and a third rear surface electrode pad (5) connected to the first balance signal terminal (56).
