Abstract:
Provided is a high-frequency module which can be made small and easily mass-produced while having a simple configuration. An oscillator including a bipolar transistor Q1, an antenna, and mixers are implemented as one circuit. The base of the bipolar transistor Q1 is electrically connected to a resonance pattern B11 and the like for outputting, by direct oscillation, a signal having a frequency within or higher than a quasi-millimeter waveband. The collector is electrically connected to a transmission line C11 and the like connected to a power supply. The emitter is electrically connected to a planar open transmission line E14 and the like operating as an antenna. Part of a signal transmitting through the open transmission line E14 returns to the base via an electrostatic capacitance formed between the open transmission line and the base. The open transmission line E14 is electrically connected to two diodes D1, D2 each operating as a mixer.
