Abstract:
A high frequency switch circuit having a plurality of switches for controlling high frequency signals between a plurality of high frequency terminals by means of the potential of one control terminal or more. A circuit which forms an inductor is connected between a ground terminal and a high frequency terminal which is common to the plurality of switches, and a circuit which forms a variable capacitor is connected between the plurality of high frequency terminals.
