Abstract:
A low-pass filter (12), which is connected between an individual port (PIC 11) of a switch element (11) and a high-frequency switch module (10), attenuates a secondary harmonic and a tertiary harmonic of a transmission signal which is inputted into a first transmission signal input terminal (PtxL). Furthermore, the element values of inductors (GLt1, GLt2) and capacitors (GCc1, GCc2, GCu1, GCu2, GCu3) comprised in the low-pass filter (12) are adjusted as appropriate such that a phase of a harmonic signal Sh (PA) of a power amplifier and a phase of harmonic signal S (sw180) wherein a harmonic signal S (sw) of distortion of the switch element (11) is phase rotated by the low-pass filter (12) differ by 180 degrees in an end part (E12P) on the side of the first transmission signal input terminal (PtxL).
