Abstract:
A high-frequency switch is provided with a stub switching circuit (11) which has one end connected to a second input/output terminal (2), operates as a short stub having an electric length of λ/4 if a portion between a first input/output terminal (1) and the second input/output terminal (2) is selected as a signal propagation path, and operates as an open stub having an electric length of λ/4 if a portion between the first input/output terminal (1) and a third input/output terminal (3) is selected as an RF signal propagation path.
