Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-frequency vibration longitudinal milling head and milling machine and a boring machine having the milling head. A milling head base (12) of the high-frequency vibration longitudinal milling head employed by the milling machine or the boring machine is mounted at one extremity of a milling machine body (10). A connecting base (7) is provided at the other extremity of the milling machine body (10). A cutting motor (4) and a gearbox (3) are mounted on the milling head base (12). Milling cutting teeth (1) are provided on a longitudinal milling head (2). A top rotary shaft of the longitudinal milling head (2) is mounted on the milling head base (12) and is connected to an output extremity of the gearbox (3). An input extremity of the gearbox (3) is connected to the cutting motor (4). A vibrator housing (5) is mounted above the milling head base (12). The vibrator housing (5) outputs a high-frequency vibrating force to the milling head base (12), thus allowing the longitudinal milling head (2) to also implement high-speed repeating vibrations while implementing self-rotation. The high-frequency vibration longitudinal milling head, by integrating the longitudinal milling head with the vibrator housing, implements the longitudinal milling head capable of making high-frequency repeating vibrations while rotating, and allows the cutting teeth on the milling head to apply a composite force of impact and cutting on a material in contact, thus crushing hard rock with ease.
