Abstract:
A high-frequency vibration table used for producing concrete interlocking blocks, comprising a vibration table body (2), a vibration motor (9) and a hydraulic cylinder (12); a mounting frame (3) is mounted at a bottom portion of the vibration table body (2), a vibration motor (9) is mounted at the interior of the mounting frame (3), and a limiting plate (10) is inserted at an inner side of the mounting frame (3) located at an outer side of the vibration motor (9); a push plate (8) is mounted at the center of an inner side of the vibration table body (2), and a U-shaped frame (11) is welded to the bottom portion of the vibration table body (2) below the push plate (8); the hydraulic cylinder (12) is mounted at an inner side of the U-shaped frame (11), and a controller (4) is mounted at a side of the U-shaped frame (11). By means of a structure in which the vibration motor (9), the mounting frame (3), the controller (4), a C-shaped frame (13), the U-shaped frame (11), the hydraulic cylinder (12), a threaded rod (15), and a pressure plate (14) are configured, the problems wherein vibration frequency is low and inconsistent and a mold clamping mechanism is lacking are solved.
