Abstract:
A high-frequency vibration welding system for improving the performance of a metal material, comprising an upper computer, a signal generator, a power amplifier, a high-frequency vibration exciter (1), a high-frequency vibration energy amplification and transfer device (3), an acceleration sensor, and a cooling module. The upper computer controls the signal generator to output sine vibration excitation signals having amplitudes and frequencies which can be independently and continuously adjusted; and the sine vibration excitation signals are transmitted to the high-frequency vibration exciter by means of the power amplifier. A method for improving the performance of a metal material using a high-frequency vibration welding system comprises: manufacturing a high-frequency vibration energy amplification and transfer device; manufacturing stepped mounting blocks; clamping small-size workpieces (54) on a worktable (31); and determining the vibration excitation frequency of high-frequency vibration welding output by a signal generator, and performing high-frequency vibration welding on the small-size workpieces. The welding system and method can perform high-frequency vibration welding on a metal material which is in a solidification and crystallization process and a metal solid material, so as to improve the performance of a metal material from a defect generation source.
