Abstract:
A variable-gain amplifier (30) and an electronic device (40). The variable-gain amplifier (30) comprises: a first transconductance stage circuit (31) and a second transconductance stage circuit (32). The first transconductance stage circuit (31) comprises: a first amplifying circuit (Qp1) and a second amplifying circuit (Qp2). The second transconductance stage circuit (32) comprises: a third amplifying circuit (Qn1) and a fourth amplifying circuit (Qn2). The first amplifying circuit (Qp1) and the fourth amplifying circuit (Qn 2) constitute a differential input pair. The second amplifying circuit (Qp2) and the third amplifying circuit (Qn1) constitute a differential input pair. Each amplifying circuit in the first amplifying circuit (Qp1), the second amplifying circuit (Qp2), the third amplifying circuit (Qn1), and the fourth amplifying circuit (Qn2) comprises: multiple parallel-connected transistors (Q0 and Q1), and bias control for the multiple transistors (Q0 and Q1) being independent of each other. By means of the respective bias control of the multiple transistors (Q0 and Q1), the linearity of the variable-gain amplifier (30) is improved.
