Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of injection molding machines, and in particular to a high-lubrication and low-wear injection molding machine single-cylinder injection mechanism and an injection molding machine having the structure. For the problem in the prior art that no lubricating space is formed in an injection molding machine injection structure such that lubricating cannot be performed, the present invention provides the high-lubrication and low-wear injection molding machine single-cylinder injection mechanism and the injection molding machine having the structure. The high-lubrication and low-wear injection molding machine single-cylinder injection mechanism comprises an injection table base and a body; a driving mechanism is connected to one end of the body; a bearing shaft is provided in the body; an output transition shaft is in driving connection with the driving mechanism; one end of the output transition shaft extends into the body and is in driving connection with the bearing shaft; a lubricating assembly connected to the body is further comprised; a lubricating space capable of containing lubricating oil is formed in the lubricating assembly; and the connecting point of the output transition shaft and the bearing shaft is located in the lubricating space. The present invention is good in lubricating effect, can reduce the wear degree between the output transition shaft and the bearing shaft, and prolongs the service life.
