Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-magnification whole-tab-type lithium battery and a preparation method therefor, the lithium battery comprising a hollow battery housing having openings at two ends, a battery cell provided in the battery housing, and an upper cover plate assembly and a lower cover plate assembly respectively provided at two ends of the battery housing to seal the openings at two ends of the battery housing; the upper cover plate assembly comprises a positive electrode pole, and the lower cover plate assembly comprises a negative electrode pole; the battery cell is a multi-layer wound structure formed by winding a separator, a positive electrode sheet, a separator, a negative electrode sheet, and a separator in order; one end of the positive electrode sheet is a positive electrode sheet power storage portion coated with a positive electrode material, and the other end is a positive electrode sheet blank portion which is blank; one end of the negative electrode sheet is a negative electrode sheet power storage portion coated with a negative electrode material, and the other end is a negative electrode sheet blank portion which is blank; the positive electrode sheet blank portion and the negative electrode sheet blank portion are respectively located at two ends of the battery cell, and are respectively welded together to form a positive electrode whole tab and a negative electrode whole tab, and the positive electrode whole tab and the negative electrode whole tab are respectively connected to the positive electrode pole and the negative electrode pole.
