Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-nickel alloy material and a preparation method therefor, and an iron casting. The high-nickel alloy material comprises the components in percentage by weight: 64-70% of Ni, 26-33% of Cu, 0.4-7% of Fe, 0.5-3.15% of Al, 0.2-0.8% of Mn, 0.35-0.86% of Ti, 0.01-0.06% of C, 0.01-0.45% of Si, 0.01-0.6% of Ta, 0.5-0.8% of Pd, and the remaining inevitable impurities. Because nickel has excellent acid and alkali resistance, applying the material to a pump, a pipeline, or other device raw materials having chemical process gas can significantly prolong the service life of the pump, the device, and the pipeline. For example, the operation time of the pump made of a common material generally is 5,000-8,000 hours, and after the high-nickel alloy material is used, the life service of the pump can be prolonged to 20,000-50,000 hours or above.
