Abstract:
A high-performance electric injection molding mechanism and an injection molding machine. The high-performance electric injection molding mechanism comprises a screw rod (1), a screw rod drive shaft (10), a ball lead-screw (12), and an axial guiding mechanism (11). The screw rod drive shaft (10) comprises a ball spline and a ball nut. In the injection molding system and the injection molding machine, when an injection action is performed, the number of components needing to make movement is small; only the screw rod (1), the screw rod drive shaft (10) and other mechanisms need to make movement, and other drive and transmission components do not make axial movement along with injection actions, the mass of the system is light during the injection actions, the movement inertia is greatly reduced, accordingly, the response speed and the precision of the injection actions are greatly improved, and the drive power is also greatly reduced.
