Abstract:
A high performance horizontally articulated four-shaft robot (1), comprising a robot main body (11), a first arm assembly (12) connected to the robot main body, one end of a second arm assembly (13) connected to the first arm assembly, and an R-axis assembly that is arranged on the second arm assembly and that rotates relative to the other side of the first arm assembly; the robot main body comprises a linear module unit (115) arranged in the vertical direction, a fixing base (111) capable of moving up and down along the linear module unit, and a driving assembly (14) that is used for driving the fixing base to move and that is disposed at a lower part of the linear module unit; and the driving assembly comprises a first driving motor (141) disposed at the lower part of the linear module unit and a coupler (142) connected to an output shaft of the first driving motor. The high performance horizontally articulated four-shaft robot has light arms, the length of which are relatively short, as well as a relatively small load and a light and handy structure, particularly applicable to light loads and occasions in which a tail end thereof has spatial requirements.
