Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-performance variable-operating-condition controllable-magnetic-field permanent magnet motor, a magnetic flux guide design method therefor, and a magnetic flux leakage regulation and control method therefor. The motor comprises a stator and a rotor, wherein the rotor comprises a plurality of asymmetric units, namely directional magnetic flux leakage units (3) and directional torque units (4); the directional magnetic flux leakage units (3) are responsible for magnetic flux leakage adjustment, and the directional torque units (4) are responsible for torque outputting. The directional magnetic flux leakage units (3) are physically decoupled from the directional torque units (4), and the magnetic circuits are independent of each other. According to the present invention, the asymmetric units are provided to achieve flexible adjustment of the magnetic flux of the motor under different operating conditions of the motor. When the motor operates at a high speed, the operating efficiency of the motor can be effectively improved, and the speed range of the motor is increased; when the motor operates at a low speed, the output torque of the motor can be ensured.
