Abstract:
A high-power all-fiber laser beam combiner capable of adjusting the shape of output beams, comprising an input fiber bundle (1) and an output fiber (2). The input fiber bundle (1) and the output fiber (2) are matched and spliced by tapering to form a fiber laser beam combiner; the input fiber bundle (1) comprises a central input fiber (11), peripheral input fibers (12), and a glass sleeve (13); the output fiber (2) comprises a core (20), a first inner cladding (21), a second inner cladding (22), a third inner cladding (23), and a fourth inner cladding (24); high-power laser beam combining and beam output consisting of a central beam and peripheral ring beams can be achieved by means of precise tapering of the fiber bundle as well as the matching and splicing of the multi-cladding output fiber, and the adjustment of the laser power of the input fiber enables precise control of the power ratio of the central beam and the ring beam in real time, thereby achieving adjustment of the shape of the output beams of the beam combiner. In the high-power all-fiber laser beam combiner, no complex spatial optical shaping structure is used, and an all-fiber structure is employed to achieve the fiber transmission of dot ring laser. The combiner has a good industrial application prospect.
