Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of motor driving and control, and discloses a high-power driver for a deep-sea motor, comprising an absolute value circuit, a driving circuit, a main control circuit, and a filter circuit, an APC circuit, a level conversion circuit, an upper bridge signal processing circuit, and a lower bridge signal processing circuit which are connected to the main control circuit. A voltage control signal is converted into a first predetermined voltage signal by the absolute value circuit, and then converted into a PWM signal by the APC circuit to be input to the main control circuit; moreover, the voltage control signal is converted into a logic signal by the level conversion circuit to be input to the main control circuit; a Hall signal output by a deep-sea motor is input to the main control circuit by the filter circuit; the main control circuit outputs a control signal according to the PWM signal, logic signal, and Hall signal, and the control signal passes through the upper and lower bridge signal processing circuits and is then input to the driving circuit to drive the deep-sea motor to rotate in a specified direction. When using the driver, there is no need to develop a complex control algorithm, thereby improving the efficiency of the driver and shortening the development cycle.
