Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-power electromagnetic speed regulating motor, comprising an outer motor casing, and an active device and a driven device arranged lengthwise inside the outer motor casing. The active device consists of a non-rotating stator component and a rotating inner rotor component. The driven device comprises an outer rotor component, wherein the rotating inner rotor component comprises a first inner rotor and a second inner rotor; and rotation gaps present between the first inner rotor and the stator component and between the second inner rotor and the outer rotor component. The first inner rotor and the stator component are electromagnetically coupled to transmit torque. The second inner rotor and the outer rotor component are electromagnetically coupled to transmit torque. The present invention features a simple structure, is highly reliable, convenient to operate, and has a soft starting function. Further, the invention can regulate the output torque and rotational speed of the motor according to actual requirements in order to reduce the working current of the motor and to achieve an energy saving effect. The energy difference formed by the slip between the outer rotor component and the second inner rotor can be converted into electric energy to be re-transmitted to the input end of a power grid for electric energy compensation, thereby improving the energy saving effect.
