Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-power LED energy-saving lamp bulb, comprising a lamp cap, an upper cover, an inner cover, a heat conduction member, LED chips, and a bulb housing. The upper cover is mounted on the lamp cap; the upper cover is a wrapping structure having outer plastic and an inner heat dissipation member; the lower end of the heat conduction member is mounted on the outer surface of the inner cover; by means of the lower end of the heat conduction member and a mortise and a tenon between the inner cover and the inner heat dissipation member of the upper cover, the inner cover and the heat conduction member are mounted on the upper soccer; a circuit board connected to the lamp cap is mounted between the inner cover and the upper cover; the LED chips are mounted on the heat conduction; the LED chips are connected to the circuit board by means of a connecting wire; the bulb housing is mounted on the upper cover; the inner cover, the heat conduction member, and the LED chips are housed in the bulb housing. The present invention can implement good heat dissipation in a small area, thereby achieving a good heat dissipation effect; the heat conduction member can use a hollow conical structure, and the light emitting angle is large, thereby light emitting in all directions; the present invention has a simple structure, facilitates automatic production, reduces costs, and is more beautiful; the present invention can also be made into a microwave radar human body sensing lamp, and is easy to use.
