Abstract:
A high-power optical fiber laser gain optical fiber heat-dissipating device. The whole device is a circular structure, comprises a circular base heat sink (1) and a cylindrical heat sink (2), the outer diameter of a cylinder being slightly less than that of a circular base, and comprises two packaging modules (3) of a semicircular structure, the outer diameter of the packaging modules being identical to that of the circular base. The device is easy to manufacture, and has low costs, high operability and a good heat-dissipating effect on gain optical fibers; due to special packaging technology, the coiling of the gain optical fibers has high flexibility, and by means of a stress, the gain optical fibers are coiled on a same cylindrical surface, the beam quality of laser light output by optical fibers in a large mode field is effectively controlled; the special packaging device for the coiling of the gain optical fibers ensures a long-term and reliable heat-conducting effect of conductive silicon grease, thereby greatly increasing the system stability and reliability of a high-power optical fiber amplifier.
