Abstract:
Provided is high-precision adhesive dispensing and positioning equipment, relating to the technical field of adhesive dispensing structures, and comprising a base (1) and a fixture. An adhesive dispenser (2) is provided on the base (1); a positioning apparatus (3) connected to the adhesive dispenser (2) is provided on the base (1); the positioning apparatus (3) comprises a sliding base (31) and a driving mechanism (32); the sliding base (31) is slidably provided on the base (1); the adhesive dispenser (2) is provided on the sliding base (31); the driving mechanism (32) is provided on the base (1) and is connected to the sliding base (31). The driving mechanism (32) drives the adhesive dispenser (2) to move, so as to determine the position where adhesive is added, and then, the adhesive dispenser (2) adds the adhesive; thus, there is no need to add more adhesive to improve the connection strength between a metal sheet and glass, thereby reducing the probability of excess adhesive overflowing, saving cleaning time, and improving the efficiency of mounting the metal sheet on the glass.
