Abstract:
A high-precision differential using elastic members, comprising a housing (7). Bearings (9) are provided at both ends of the housing (7); one differential shaft (10) is provided on each bearing (9); each end of the differential shaft (10) is provided with one side gear (5); one elastic member (6) is provided with between each side gear (5) and the housing (7); one end of the elastic member (6) is in contact with a spigot of the housing (7), and the other end is in contact with the corresponding side gear (5). The differential can eliminate a big backlash between a planetary gear and the side gear and prevent occurrence of jamming during gear transmission, without increasing the manufacturing costs.
