Abstract:
A method of producing grizzly includes the steps: coiling grizzly bar (11) on a shaft with smooth surface; placing trim strips (13) on coiled grizzly bar (11) along the axial direction; the shaft coiled with grizzly bar acting as the axial electrode (6) and matching with the other wheel electrode (7) pressed on trim strips (13); two electrodes (6, 7) processing relative movement along the axial line of the axial electrode (6) to realize welding. A grizzly press welder, where the frame (1) supports two electrodes (6, 7); one is an axis-shaped axial electrode (6), the other is a drum-shaped wheel electrode (7); the wheel electrode (7) is vertical to the axial line of the axial electrode (6); two electrodes (6, 7) could process relative movement along the axial direction of the axial electrode(6). The grizzly press welder could manufacture high-precision grizzly.
