Abstract:

A high-precision, heavy-load, numerical control flanging machine, comprising a machine frame (10), an edge pressing assembly, a flanging beam (31) and a flanging beam driving mechanism. The flanging beam driving mechanism comprises an inclined slide rail (41), an inertia block (42) and two crank and connecting rod mechanisms, wherein the flanging beam (31) has an inclined driving surface (313); the inclined slide rail (41) is mounted on the machine frame (10); the inertia block (42) has two non-parallel inclined surfaces, one of the inclined surfaces of the inertia block (42) is slidably mounted on the inclined slide rail (41) and forms a first moving pair with the inclined slide rail (41), and the other inclined surface of the inertia block (42) is in a sliding-fit with the driving inclined surface (313) of the flanging beam (31) and forms a second moving pair therebetween; and cranks of the two crank and connecting rod mechanisms are hinged on the machine frame (10), a connecting rod of one of the crank and connecting rod mechanisms is hinged to the flanging beam (31) or the inertia block (42), and a connecting rod of the other crank and connecting rod mechanism is hinged to the flanging beam (31).
