Abstract:
A high-precision inspection apparatus for a mold steel and an inspection method therefor. The present invention, by means of an inspection array consisting of a laser transmitting pipe and a receiving pipe, allows the simultaneous inspection of a cutting state of a mold steel workpiece during a process of cutting same, acquires an inspection matrix S, compares same with a processing target matrix G to acquire an error distance E, and accordingly controls a cutting apparatus to perform a cutting operation with respect to the error distance. Because laser is employed for high-precision inspection, the present invention allows the examination of the workpiece to be completed simultaneously without interrupting the cutting process, thus ensuring cutting precision.
