Abstract:
Provided are a high-pressure casting method and a high-pressure casting device, whereby safe and high-quality casting of a high-fusion-point metal having a fusion point exceeding 1,000 K is possible. A casting material (1) is melted inside a cartridge-type melting container (2), then the melting container (2) is moved in a straight line so as to pass through a guide (14) attached to a casting port bush (13), connected to the casting port bush (13), attached to the guide (14), and set to a cooling state. At a point at which a prescribed time has passed, a plunger (50) is brought in contact with a plunger tip (4) and immediately transferred, together with a melt, to the casting port bush (13), the melt is pressurized inside the casting port bush (13), and injection-filled into a cavity (10).
