WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/080330
Kind Code:
Provided is a high-temperature/high-pressure equipment monitoring device with which it is possible to simultaneously and continuously measure the temperature and the bulge rate of high-temperature/high-pressure equipment, and to accurately evaluate the service life of the equipment so as not to delay the restart of the plant during inspection, without removing and reinstalling the heat insulation material every time inspection work is performed on the equipment. A high-temperature/high-pressure equipment monitoring device for monitoring the soundness of high-temperature/high-pressure piping 8 covered on the exterior by heat insulation material, wherein the high-temperature/high-pressure equipment monitoring device is provided with: a coil spring 2; a thermocouple 3 for detecting the temperature of the high-temperature/high-pressure piping 8, the thermocouple 3 being disposed at the tip of the coil spring and being in contact with the high-temperature/high-pressure piping 8; an expansion/contraction level detection device 5 for detecting the extent to which the coil spring 2 has expanded or contracted; and a base 6 for supporting the coil spring 2 at the base end thereof; the high-temperature/high-pressure equipment monitoring device being configured in such a way that the thermocouple 3 is arranged in a state in which contraction pressure is applied to the coil spring 2 so that the thermocouple 3 is always urged toward the piping 8 during use.
