Abstract:
A high-pressure gas-liquid grinding device comprises a horizontal working table (1), a first motor (2) vertically fixed below the horizontal working table (1), a high-pressure sealed chamber (3) provided on an upper portion of the horizontal working table (1), and a workpiece mounting table (4) provided in the high-pressure sealed chamber (3). A rotary shaft of the first motor (2) vertically and upwardly passes through the horizontal working table (1), and is fixedly connected to the workpiece mounting table (4). A one-way gas inlet valve (14) and a pressure relief valve (6) are provided on the high-pressure sealed chamber (3). A chamber door (7) is further provided on a side surface of the high-pressure sealed chamber (3). A workpiece is placed in a high-pressure gas environment or in a high-pressure liquid environment, such that when the first motor (2) drives the workpiece to rotate, friction between a workpiece surface and the high-pressure gas or the high-pressure liquid grinds the workpiece surface. Since grinding media are gas molecules or liquid molecules, the particle size of the grinding medium is greatly reduced, thereby resolving the issue in which grinding accuracy of an existing grinding device is limited by the size of a grinding particle, and greatly improving accuracy of workpiece grinding.
