Abstract:
Conventional ground improvement devices suffer from the problem that because liquid hardening material is sent from a liquid hardening material supply pipe that is in the axial direction of an injection rod to a liquid hardening material injection nozzle that is substantially perpendicular to the injection rod, a portion of the flow of the liquid hardening material is in a turbulent state and the injection distance of the liquid hardening material to be injected from the liquid hardening material injection nozzle is short. With the present invention, the turbulent flow state of cement milk is disrupted, and the cement milk has a finer laminar flow with a uniform flow velocity distribution in each divided space by way of the cement milk being finely divided by a channel dividing unit 31x of a rear end inner diameter section 28x of a nozzle body 24x. In this way, the cutting ability of the cement milk injected from the tip of the nozzle body 24x is further increased and the cement milk can be injected a further distance.
