Abstract:
A high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying type shot blasting treatment machine system and a sand conveying method. The treatment machine system comprises a shot blasting device. The shot blasting device is communicated with a high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying device. The high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying device comprises a gas and sand mixer (13). The gas and sand mixer (13) is provided with a gas inlet, a sand inlet, and a sand outlet. Sand shots are conveyed into a cavity of the gas and sand mixer (13) through the sand inlet of the gas and sand mixer (13). High-pressure gas is introduced through the gas inlet of the gas and sand mixer (13). The sand shots in the cavity of the gas and sand mixer are conveyed to the shot blasting device through the sand outlet of the gas and sand mixer (13). The sand shots are conveyed to the shot blasting device through the high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying device after being accelerated for the first time by means of high-pressure airflow, and the sand shots are thrown out through the shot blasting device after being accelerated for the second time, and are used for treating the surface of an object. The sand supplying capacity is high, the flow is stable, the shot blasting treatment efficiency is high, and the operation is stable.
