Abstract:

A high-pressure seal structure, a processing method for a high-pressure seal surface, and a fuel injection valve. A high-pressure seal part (26) is formed at a connection part between first and second fuel passages (13) and (14) by pressing the first seal surface (24) of an injector housing (2) to which a first fuel passage (13) is opened against the second seal surface (25) of a nozzle body (3) to which a second fuel passage (14) is opened. Seal grooves (24A) and (25A) formed concentrically to each other are formed in at least one of the first seal surface (24) and the second seal surface (25) by finish machining and, accordingly, the leakage of a high-pressure fuel can be effectively suppressed. The first seal surface (24) and the second seal surface (25) may be formed in a concave shape.
