Abstract:
A high-pressure high-speed reciprocating seal experiment testing platform, comprising an experiment cylinder, a high-speed driving device, a cooling device and an auxiliary measuring device. The experiment cylinder is fixed on a working table by means of water jackets (4, 8), and the cooling and temperature lowering of the experiment cylinder are also achieved by means of the water jackets (4, 8); the high-speed driving device comprises an electric motor (31), a flywheel (30), a connecting rod (29) and a guide rod (25), the guide rod (25) is constrained by a guide rail (26), so that the guide rod (25) and a piston rod (15) not only implement high-speed reciprocating motion, but also eliminate an inertial shock caused by the high-speed reciprocating motion; the experiment cylinder comprises a cylinder body (6), the cylinder body (6) is provided with several threaded holes of different sizes, the threaded holes being respectively connected to a booster pump, an overflow valve, a temperature sensor and a liquid pressure sensor, so as to achieve pressure control and measurement of the cylinder body (6); the guide rod (25) is connected to the piston rod (15) by means of a tension and pressure sensor (24), and a friction force of a sealing ring received by the piston rod (15) can be obtained by means of a certain mathematical processing.
