Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-pressure water pump, comprising an upper pump body (1), a lower pump body (2), a water outlet valve (3), a water inlet valve (4), a plunger piston (41), a guide sleeve (42), a water inlet channel (52), a water outlet channel (53) and a pump-out valve (7). The upper pump body (1) is connected to the lower pump body (2) through a connecting bolt (51), and a sealing ring (44) is provided between the upper pump body (1) and the lower pump body (2); the plunger piston (41) is sheathed in the upper pump body (1), an upper end of the plunger piston (41) is in threaded connection with a knocking cap (5), and an adjustment cap (6) is provided at an upper end of the upper pump body (1); a plunger piston reset spring (40) is provided between the knocking cap (5) and the adjustment cap (6); a sealing element (46) is provided between the upper pump body (1) and the plunger piston (41); a working cavity (50) is formed between the plunger piston (41) and the upper pump body (1) and/or the lower pump body (2); the water outlet valve (3), the water inlet valve (4) and the pump-out valve (7) are provided on the lower pump body (2); the water inlet valve (4) is connected to the working cavity (50) through the water inlet channel (52), and the water inlet valve (4) is a one-way valve; the water outlet valve (3) is connected to the working cavity (50) through the water outlet channel (53); and the pump-out valve (7) is in communication with the working cavity (50) by a threaded connection with the lower pump body (2). The present water pump can ensure that the quantity of water pumped is equal every time and ensure that nailing pressure is the same every time.
